Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Travis SMS assistant service operated by Meraki Digital LLC.

Service Description

Travis is a personal productivity assistant that communicates via SMS. The service provides task management, calendar coordination, appointment reminders, and related productivity features to a single authorized user. The service is operated by and for Meraki Digital LLC.

Authorized Use

This service is intended solely for the personal productivity use of the authorized account holder. The service is not a commercial messaging platform and is not offered to the general public.

    By using this service, you acknowledge that message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
  

SMS Messaging

The service sends SMS messages including daily briefings, appointment reminders, task updates, and responses to user queries. Message frequency varies. One proactive briefing is sent each morning. Additional messages are sent in response to user activity and configured reminders.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for basic usage information. Opting out suspends the SMS functionality of the service.

Data and Privacy

Use of this service is also governed by the Travis Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Mobile numbers used with this service are not shared with third parties.

Service Availability

Meraki Digital LLC makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service availability. The service depends on third-party providers including Twilio for SMS delivery and Google for calendar integration. Outages or changes to these providers may affect service functionality.

Limitation of Liability

Meraki Digital LLC is not liable for missed appointments, lost data, or other consequences arising from service interruption, message delivery failure, or errors in AI-generated content. The user is responsible for verifying time-sensitive information through independent means.

Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
