Privacy Policy

Travis is a personal productivity assistant operated by and for a single authorized user. This policy governs the SMS messaging component of the Travis system.

Overview

Travis is an internal tool built and operated by Meraki Digital LLC for the sole use of its owner. The system sends and receives SMS messages to assist with task management, calendar coordination, and personal productivity. There is one authorized recipient: the application owner.

Information Collected

Travis collects and stores the content of SMS messages sent to and from the system, task and calendar data provided by the user, and associated timestamps and metadata. This data is stored in a private database accessible only to the application owner.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user activity and configured preferences. The system sends one proactive morning briefing per day, appointment reminders at user-defined intervals, and responses to inbound messages. Additional proactive messages may be sent when time-sensitive events require notification.

Data Use

Data collected by Travis is used exclusively to operate the personal productivity features of the system. No data is used for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than delivering the requested assistant functionality to the authorized user.

Data Retention

Conversation history and task data are retained to support the ongoing functionality of the assistant. The application owner may delete data at any time through direct database access or by contacting the operator.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to halt all outbound SMS from this service. Reply HELP for basic usage information. As a personal tool, opting out effectively suspends the service until reconfigured by the operator.
