Consent records
Consent records for the Travis SMS program are retained in Meraki Digital's internal audit system. Each record captures the phone number, the timestamp of consent, the version of the consent language agreed to, and the IP address of the submission.
To request a copy of your consent record, to update your contact information, or to request deletion of your record, contact greg@meraki-digital.com. Requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
What a record contains
- Phone number (E.164 format)
- Timestamp of consent (UTC)
- Consent text version identifier (e.g.,
v1) - Source URL of the opt-in submission
- IP address and user agent of the submission
Retention
Consent records are retained for the duration of the user's enrollment in the program, plus four (4) years after opt-out, in accordance with TCPA recordkeeping guidance. Records are then deleted unless legal hold requires otherwise.
Revocation
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any Travis SMS, or by contacting greg@meraki-digital.com. Revocation does not delete the underlying record, which is retained per the policy above; it halts outbound SMS from the program.
